(1) If a person remembers in Ruku of 2nd Rak'at of Zohr Namaz that he has not performed the Fajr Namaz, can he convert this Zohr Namaz into Fajr one?
Allamah: It is not necessary that Fajr Qadha Namaz should be performed before Zohr Namaz, so there is no need to change the Namaz from Zohr to Fajr.
(2) Should Namaz of Eid be performed along with Jama'at?
Allamah: Namaz of Eid can be performed with Jama'at and individually (Forada).
(3) What one should recite in Namaz of Zohrayn in the 1st & 2nd Rak'at, while Imam is reciting Surahs?
Allamah: Any Zikr can be done.(e.g. SubhanAllah, Alhamdolillah etc.)

(4) If anybody takes Qardh-e-Hasanah and does not returns back, can he be strictly asked to repay it?
Allamah: Repaying loan is Wajib and one can be strict in recovering it in legal ways.
(5) If anyone takes Qardh-e-Hasanah, later he is in a position to repay it, but, does not. What punishment is prescribed for him?
Allamah: The same punishment which a defaulter & a cheat will get in the Hereafter.
(6) If a Mo'min meets an accident and one of his limbs becomes useless, can he replace it with the bone of a Kafir?
Allamah: Yes, he can. There is no problem in it.

(7) Can a women who cannot bear children allow to transfer the semen of her husband in other woman's womb?
Allamah: No, it is not allowed.
(8) If the husband is impotent, can a women use other man's semen and put it in her womb to bear children?
Allamah: It is better that she gives divorce and go for another marriage.
