(1) A person who performs Haraam actions everyday and jokes regarding Masael of Khums and doesn't accept it. Can he become a trustee of a mosque?

Reply: If any person knows the importance of Khums, and jokes about it, then he is not even a Muslim and, there is no question of him becoming a trustee. But if he is ignorant, then the house of Allah can not be given in the hands of such persons.

(2) Can a person do Iftar by the hand of Kafir ?

Reply: If the eatable is not Najis, then it doesn't matter.

(3) Can a person do Iftar accompanied by Kafir together on a table?

Reply: Yes, If the eatables are Paak, otherwise, not.

(4) Can a person do Iftar in a five star hotel or gymkhana where liquor is served and music played?

Reply: If liquor is served and music is being played, then it is not alllowed, otherwise it is permitted

(5) What is the defination of an orphan (Yateem)?

Reply: Yateem is a person who has not reached maturity and whose father has died. He does not have the right to spend his wealth according to Shar'ee norm.

(6) What is the method of reciting Fateha on the dead, and Nazr on Masoomeen (a.s.)?

Reply: In regard to Nazr, recite Ayat or Surah and gift its sawab to Masoomeen (a.s.). For dead ones, recite Ayat or Surah and gift them through Masoomeen (a.s.).

(7) If there is theft in anybody's house or office, can he suspect a particular Mo'min without proof. Later, when the doubt is proved wrong what is the compensation for it?

Reply: Suspicion against a Mo'min is not permitted. And if someone is wrongly suspected and later proved wrong then he should apologise from wronged one, otherwise he should seek forgiveness from Allah and repent.

(8) If Zayd has fixed a day in a year to take out khums, but on that particular day he does not has any amount balance with him and it is held up with other people. Zayd himself is in debt. So what Zayd should do in this regard.?

Reply: Zayd should calculate Khums for the held up amount and when loan is repaid he should give the Khums out of it and minus the amount which he is liable to pay others.
